Inserting a jpg into the footer

Ok, I've tried EZ pages as well as trying to modify the footer_page_defines but my skill level is just not there yet. I've attached a picture of what I'm trying to do... I've already re-labeled column 4 to Method of Payment (picture attached) but simply need to insert a paypal picture there..... do not need an <href> on the picture. Thx!
