Sudden send coupon problem on v1.3.8 (2006) and PHP 5 (2013)
I tried it, but didn't work, there's any other related file that could be the problem?

Your 7-years-old version of Zen Cart isn't compatible with today's PHP version.
You have three choices:
a) Upgrade your Zen Cart to a modern version so you can use it with modern PHP. THIS IS THE BEST CHOICE.
b) Downgrade your PHP to an obsolete PHP version to use it with your obsolete version of Zen Cart. NOT RECOMMENDED.
c) Really, any other action simply compounds your problems, and you will have more problems next week when your hosting company changes something else on the server so they can remain contemporary.

But the page doesn't even open, it gives me a "500 internal server error"

I use the ZC 1.3.8a, and I'm not able to upgrade it, believe me! And was not me who installed ZC on the company I work.
There's a high probability that your present symptoms are a result of having been hacked due to the old vulnerabilities that exist in your old version.
Do a thorough site inspection and cleanup as described here: http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/Recovering_From_Hacks

it's PHP 5.3.2

It was working well until 3 days ago...
The most important question is: what was changed 3 days ago?

The only problem is on that page gv_mail.php which doesn't load.
You will have to find out what PHP errors are happening on your server. If you were using a newer version of Zen Cart, they would be logged automatically. You will need to ask your hosting company for the PHP error log for your site. And/or add the logging tool described in the fine print of this article: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?124-blank-page

Those last days I was trying to configure the money order at payment module, because I'm having a problem with it too (if you don't mind in help me, I'm having an encoding problem to put some things in portuguese on the defines!!!).
Now this payment option is disabled, but I was working on it.
It can influence?
Sensei
Your problem is probably a result of the changes you made on the same day when the problem started.
Thus the solution is to revert your changes until you can correctly implement them without errors.

I found the problem on that line: $customers = get_audiences_list('email');
What can I do to correct this issue?

Try this (which will stop it from showing how many recipients are included in mailing groups):```
$customers = get_audiences_list('email', FALSE);
If that doesn't help, try this instead (which will stop it from putting those groups into the pulldown):```
$customers = get_audiences_list('none');
