Fixing one redirect of home page.

Hi,
Just checking my site for dead links and fixing them.

One that I'm not sure about is the home page link that is at the top of my template.
Instead of https://www.mywebsite.com it points to .../index.php?main_page=index, and is then redirected to the simplified version.
Can anyone tell me if this should be left alone or can it be 'fixed'

Line: 95 http://mywebsite.com/index.php?main_page=index redirected to http://mywebsite.com/**
Status**: 301 -> 200 OK
This is a permanent redirect. The link should be updated.

Thanks for your advice.
Note: I do use Ceon URI rewrites.

Re: Fixing one redirect of home page.

I would fix the link. It may be hard coded in your template... Or you may be running an old version of CEON URI Mapping.
If the link is not hard coded, the link is not being created by another plugin, the latest version of CEON URI Mapping is isntalled, and you are still having issues... Post all the relevant information including versions of installed modules in the support thread for Ceon URI Mapping v4 x and hopefully someone can help.

Re: Fixing one redirect of home page.

Thanks for the input.
I've realised it was simply an ezy page link and specifying an internal link url.
Not sure what to put instead however, but at least it's not complicated as I assumed it was.

What would I put as an internal link for the home page normally, so that it isn't a redirect?
So far I've just changed it to an external link instead and used http://www.mywebsite.com, but not sure if this is best or matters?
