*[Done v1.6.0] incorrect variable declaration in option_values_manager.php

In zencart v1.5.1, in file option_values_manager.php at lines 825/826 the variable $inputs = ''; is initialized twice. I believe it should have been
$inputs = '';
$inputs2 = '';
