Login page now blank after copying files for Advanced Shipper?

Login page now blank after copying files for Advanced Shipper?

Hi there,

I began the installation process for Advanced Shipper, copying the necessary files to their respective directories... all the while without any overwrite prompts because they are new files... and upon completion, when I was attempting to update the database through the admin panel, the login page has gone completely blank. Here's a link:

Anyone have any idea what's going on? I don't understand how copying new files could have prompted this... given nothing was overwritten?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Check your /log folder for debug files

Advanced Shipper is also a Commercial product... You might try asking over at JSWeb. They may be able to provide support :)
