Alien Stemware Slider (Can't get it to work)

I installed the alien stemware template on my site.

My understanding is that the slider works off of the header 1 banner. I put the banners in "BannersAll" group but only one show up. If I refresh the page, the second one shows up. I'm sure I'm missing a setting somewhere but I can't figure it out.

After creating the banner, I save it and upload it to the image/banners folder. But when I try to set it the the group so it would display in the slider, only the text I put in "Banner Title" shows up. I can only get the banner I create to display is if I save it under the same file name as the default banners that come with zen cart. Am I suppose to save it a special way?

Someone please help.

I figured out the saving of the banners I created. But I still can't get the slider to function.

Any advise are greatly appreciated.

Is there a support thread for this slider.. might be a better place to answers...

I looked for the support thread but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone have a clue?
