My check-out payment page goes blank ?

My check-out payment page goes blank ?

I reset the permissions of some folders in zencart. Obviously I made a mistake. Now customer cannot get to step 2 of 3 in "check out" process. They get this page "http://www.roseforlove.com/index.php?main_page=checkout_shipping" blank.

What I did wrong?

What debug logs do you see in your /logs directory?

i didn't see any wrong information in /logs/roseforlove.com/http.3903629.bak, the last modified is 8-5-2011.

You need to look in YOUR_STORE/logs - there you should find some error message files such as myDEBUG-1369294356-360475.log

These are the log files we are looking for.

If that folder YOUR_STORE/logs does not exist (eg ZC prior v.1.5.1) then look into YOUR_STORE/cache
