What does this error mean WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try

Fresh install of v151 on MAC server with column grid
WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

Was trying to add a new product. Filled out all information previewed hit insert and the error came up

Did you already check your cache/ logs folder for Debug files?

actually it may have nothing to do with what is in that article.. at least for me it didn't.. i was trying to add a product with a single apostrophe - ' - in the title and it didn't like that.. i took out the apostrophe and it worked fine.

You can use special characters like apostrophes in defines by 'escaping' them by placing a backslash in front of the chaaracter.
