Paypal not showing in my Admin

Hi

I recently had a developer upgrade my zen cart, however I started having issues with payments not recording and coming through to me and also issues with the error 10413. I did some research here and to cut a long story short the developer has not upgraded all the files............

I downloaded the zip folder and compared from the current version original files to what I had and replaced the files accordingly.

The result is that I see paypal in the checkout, but have no control in the admin..basically I cant see any paypal versions.

Can someone help and tell me why it is not showing...so I can go to the next stage of testing it?

It's probably not showing because one or more payment modules which lists before it is encountering a PHP error, and is stopping the page from displaying fully. That's also why you probably don't see the sidebar on that page either.
