SSL installed and config is 'true' but getting 'Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart

Hi

SSL has been installed but when config is changed from
define('ENABLE_SSL', 'false'); >> define('ENABLE_SSL', 'true');
define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.premiersalon.com.au');
define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://premiersalon.com.au');

..but I am getting
"Hello. Thank you for loading Zen Cart®.

You are seeing this page for one or more reasons:

This is your first time using Zen Cart® and you haven't yet completed the normal Installation procedure.
If this is the case ....etc"

If I turn off define('ENABLE_SSL', 'false'); then it goes back to normal and I can see my https://premiersalon.com.au page.

At the moment it is set to https://premiersalon.com.au define('ENABLE_SSL', 'false'

What else needs to be done to get it working correctly.

Second question is when and how the purchaser will see at which point the secure payment site. How do I do that?

It appears to be loading fine at the moment.

But I would add an important note: If you've registered an SSL cert to premiersalon instead of www.premiersalon then you should make sure you remove the www. from your HTTP_SERVER setting as well. It's wrong to have www. in one and not the other. If your SSL cert doesn't support the www. prefix, then remove it from both. Otherwise you'll have login problems.
