Strange issue! Edit product not working properly after restoration!
Hi there,
I have searching over the internet for three days, and try everything I could do, still could not fix the problem. Hope someone could give me any suggestion here.
Our webstore been hacked two weeks ago, after restore with master copy, everything look fine but when we add images in product description (link the url from photobucket) and click preview, strange problem happend: with two images, it view normal, with more than two images, all images are gone, the preview area turn blank. I click back, product description area are empty as well. Both
htmlarea and fckeditor have same problem.
I follow DrByte's post, ' Diagnosing obscure issues' download the site files via filezilla, and compare it with our master copy by winmerge, no differences. I upload all the files again, still no luck!
The only thing been changed after restore is the php version been updated by our hosting company, when we requrest revert the php back to 5.2, they add two lines to our .htaccess file:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php52 .php5 .php4 .php .php3 .php2 .phtml
AddType application/x-httpd-php52 .php5 .php4 .php .php3 .php2 .phtml
It's seems not the php version cause the problem!
In the debug log we got two errors
PHP Warning: Division by zero in /home/vivil0/public_html/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_product_flash_page.php on line 58
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_get_products_sample_price() in /home/vivil0/public_html/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_product_flash_page.php on line 61
We are still use 1.3.8, I know it time for upgarde, however, the zencart files been modified a lot by the previous progarmmer, we wish after this problem been solved, we can hire a zencart professional in forum help us with the upgarde.
The tpl_product_flash_page.php even not the original file from 1.3.8. Could anyone please point out how to fix this issue?
Regards
