Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested.

I have created a load of sites and each one has worked fine up until now. The last one I have created when testing it through to purchase an item. I receive this message Whoops! Sorry, but you are not allowed to perform the action requested. when the payment redirects me back.

Any idea where I am going wrong? I read a couple of threads instructing the user to change header.php, and classes which I have done. However I am still getting the error message. The addons I have used am I fairly sure they are uptodate because they are exactly the same as the ones I have used previously which worked fine.

Now I'm a little stuck and confused because I've copied files across from a website that works with payments work and that also has not worked.

Figured it out! My address for redirect from the payment company was missing www. off.
