admin page not showing - is blank

I just installed zen cart for one of my customers and all is working fine except a blank Admin Page. I have checked and checked any postings regarding this and can not find. version 1.5.1

I have zen cart working on other domains on the same server (Bluehost)

Did you also search the Tutorials? There is one explaining what to do when blank page is happening. Follow the steps listed in the Tutorial and then post the results.
