samsung galaxy error

I'm coming across a lot of compatibility errors with the phone samsung galaxy. I bought a new phone samsung galaxy and realized there browser doesn't load zen cart so I downloaded firefox and it worked just fine. I have many users who are complaining about the problem and saying I'm not professional. It's not me or zen cart it's samsung. What can I do?

Please answer several questions:

• What version of Zen Cart are you using?
• Has your site been upgraded? When? From what version(s)?
• If you've upgraded, HOW did you upgrade? (official upgrade procedure or an automated script from your hosting company?)
• What plugins/addons have you installed? When?
• HOW did you install Zen Cart? (upload via FTP and run zc_install, or a one-click install from your hosting company?
• What version of PHP and MySQL is your server using? (See Admin->Tools->Server Info)
• In what ways is your site customized or different from a brand new uncustomized install?
• Please post your site URL so we can take a look at it. This is especially important when you're encountering display/layout problems, so the problem can be seen directly.

I have Samsung S3 phone. My zen cart site v1.3.9h, with many mods, was loading fine in resident android browser. I had to scroll a fair bit, and zoom to read, but everything functioned. Same result with BB. I was also able to administer my site via the phones.

A few months back I added mobile template mod from Twelve Leaves to my site which adapts my existing site template automatically to phone visitors. I tested on Android, Apple and BB. All fine.
