Order Confirmation Email content, trying to find and modify...

After reading through some code i was certain the Order Confirmation email was being fired from the
order.php class (via checkout_process.php).

but after unsetting the $html_msg var and then even commenting out the entire lines.....
/* zen_mail('', SEND_EXTRA_ORDER_EMAILS_TO .....); */

(approx line # 1123) a confirmation email is still being sent after completing an order..!

i need to modify the contents of this confirmation email. can someone please
tell me where it is located? which PHP file to look in?

It is in that file (unless you've added other custom code to send emails).
You'll see two zen_mail() calls: the first to the customer, the second to the administrator. You quoted the one for the administrator above.
