July 28, 2013 USPS changes

Could you run this on your site, with the errors showing, and Zip the debug log that is generated and post that please?

Here's a screen shot of the estimator (London Zip code). I also had Flat Rate module turned on so that shows up as an option. I got the same result without the "flat rate" showing in the estimator when I turned that module off. The 2 entries under "flat rate" should not be showing. They were not selected in admin.

You probably pulled an all-nighter to get the beta done in time. (And we completely appreciate you for that.) Don't worry about this any more for tonight. We will set the live site down for maintenance and deal with it tomorrow. The screen shots & debugs were from our test server. Many, MANY thanks for all you do.

Let us know if you see USPS flip the switch for the Production Server ... no clue when they mean July 28, 2013 will actually happen ... thud

OMG! Good point! LOL! What time zone do they mean the production server will come online with the changes?! hahaha! Hubby is a night owl so will probably check just for grins.

Bless the good DrByte for jump in here and helping in finalizing some of these finer points in these last few hours to beat Midnight in the weird and bizzaro world of USPS ... he is such da saint ... :cool:

Thank you, thank you also, Dr. Byte! This was sooo last minute from the USPS and you developers kicked it out so fast! They (USPS) claimed in their news releases it was "we just renamed a few services." YEAH, RIGHT!

Well, so far (even though it is past midnight in Washington, DC) We get nothing returned from the "production" server when we try using that. Nothing for either Domestic or Int'l. Maybe they are on California time? Hawaii Time? Who knows!

Again, hats off to Ajeh & Dr. Byte for dealing with this mess.
