WHY is there a Bing search bubble showing ?

I am furious... I HATE BING! Why is there a Bing search bubble showing up when viewing my home page that takes you to a bing search for other jewelry sites and leading MY customers away from my site?:censored:

Where is your site, how is it hosted
what browser are you using are there any add-ons on your browser?
does this happen if you use a different browser? or a different machine
