Old USPS module won't work!!

I wish they would say. Mine is down, too. FedEx and UPS are OK but the customers are not getting the option to use USPS. I tried it and that one is indeed not showing up. I went into the admin panel and USPS module is turned on and the settings look right, I have not messed with that part of the site at all. Is there a hiccup with USPS? I hope that is the case. My Zen Cart is V. 1.5.1, the USPS module is 3/27/13, it was working fine until midnight on July28th. Everyone since then got FedEx by default. can you help me? Thanks, did USPS do something odd to their module?

Me too. It was working just the other day, today, it does not. On July 18th, we got this email below. Today, the 28th, it is not working. They don't give a fix. ANd, my log in doesn't work either for USPS . What did you do?

USPS will release updates to the Web Tools APIs on 28 July 2013. The staging environment is currently open for testing your updated applications. You may review staging information and the release notes at the USPS Web Tools site here for more details.

You're posting about problems with the OLD module, not the NEW one.

An announcement with an updated module to work with the USPS July 28 changes was posted earlier today:
