Volusion vs. Zen ..is there really that much gap?

I am surprised to see that why Zencart has been left so much behind with some of these features?

Don't get me wrong, I am a Zen devoted user :-) it's just that I wish sometimes things get move little faster in the Zen world.

Yep..when this column should say N/A.. personally I wouldn't NEED such a bloated install out the box for MANY of my clients..

Which features are you referring to?? and have you seen what's coming in version 1.6 (responsive template, COWOA features, admin upgrades, etc)

Many of these features sound like bloatware that not ALL shopowners will need

Integrated Vendor Management
Loyalty Program for Customer Rewards
Multi-Store Discounts
Integrated Pick Ticket Functionality
Built-in eBay integration

not only that comparing a hosted SAAS like Volusion to Zen Cart is TRULY comparing apples to oranges..
