suddenly weird names in USPS shipping module

Ok i just noticed this start happening recently and i have no idea why.

United States Postal Service (Standard Post<sup>®</sup>)

This is happening in the shipping calc.

USPS made changes on the Production server for July 28, 2013 ...

Thanks for the update that installing the new USPS July 28, 2013 version J is working for you now ...
