Multiple Carts for 1 database

Hi all I am currently building some Demo Zen Cart Templates and I have 5 to build. They will be all on my server and I am wondering whether I can just install em to the one database? Or would I need an individual databases for each?

You could use just one DB by setting a different database prefix for each store, but I would use separate databases.
