Hundreds of thousands of file log errors

I've run into a problem recently with my cache folder. Hundreds of thousands of files literally appeared over the course of a few days and I'm not sure why.

Here's a copy of the log file. Any idea what's going on?

I AM HERE
sidebox:

Explain
select configuration_key as cfgkey, configuration_value as cfgvalue

                      from znc_product_type_layout;

I AM HERE
sidebox:

Explain
select value
from znc_sessions
where sesskey = '[removed]'
and expiry > '[removed]';

I AM HERE
sidebox:

Explain
SELECT pt.type_handler FROM znc_products AS p LEFT JOIN znc_product_types AS pt ON pt.type_id = p.products_type WHERE p. products_id = '7702' LIMIT 1;

I AM HERE
sidebox:

Explain
select code, title, symbol_left, symbol_right, decimal_point,

                              thousands_point, decimal_places, value

                      from znc_currencies;

Re: Hundreds of thousands of file log errors

Those kinds of logs appear when you turn on the "Log Database Queries" setting in Admin->Configuration->Logging. Simply set that to false to turn them off.

Re: Hundreds of thousands of file log errors

Thanks Dr. Byte, I turned off both Database Query settings, and no more files are appearing in the cache folder... it was driving me nuts, and my host almost shut down my site!
