store offer

I want to give offer through-out the shopping cart. If any two product purchased (eg. x=$25.99 and y=$19.99 ) then it should cost $29.99. Price of x and y are different. Can any one help me out with any addon/plugin/module/code please?

There is nothing built in to do this, and most mods give discounts (Buy X, get Y for $10 off) rather than set a final price (since this is how the pricing change is typically presented to the customer).
