USPS shipping rates not appearing for intnl desinations
Hi,
Recently, like in the last 3 weeks, USPS stopped appearing among the shipping options to international destinations. Now only UPS shows, and our international customers, which comprise about 60% of our total customers, don't get the full range of shipping options. They're very put off by the UPS rates to Europe, Australia etc.
The USPS rates to domestic (USA) destinations still shows, but not to overseas locales, not Canada either.
We have the USPS module installed and all the appropriate international USPS shipping methods selected. It worked for several years previously, but not now.
Anyone have any thoughts or possible help?
(FYI, I'm not the developer of our site, though i do have some familiarity with it and do some rudimentary work on it. Our web guy hasn't been able to figure it out. We're both stumped.)
