Attribute inventory level / control

I guess this question would be for the founders.

Would the attribute inventory quantity control functionality be added and available; with the next release of Zen Cart?

It is a big missing link!

Thank you for the reply Steve - From what I remember, this module allows quantities to be modified product at a time from Admin.

Could you populate the stock level / quantities for 1000s of products at once? The store requiring this functionality sells products at their retail store as well. At the end of each night they have to reflect available inventory on the cart.

Could this be achieved with this module?

Thank you for your suggestion. I installed it and is working with minor issues; which I am trying to resolve on it's thread (Stock by Attributes).

My other question from you and, or the founders, DrByte or Ajeh would be; is this mod more in tune with future updates of Zen Cart?

Maybe in 2.0...and I agree...for me its by a long way the biggest (maybe the only real) hole in the functionality.
