Password reset; not receiving email confirmation

Help! I'd forgotten my password and entered my email address for a password reset (couldn't Zen Cart just send me my existing password???), but never received the email (yes, checked the spam folder, too). I double checked the email address.

Is there a way to retrieve the reset password from the MySQL database, or possibly just set it to what I want to use? I can't login.

Hi,
I forgot my password to admin . Tried to resend but no email sent, then tried "How do I change or reset my Admin Password? (I lost it) " and noe got this error. " #1146 - Table 'jamair*_zenc***.admin' doesn't exist ". Can you help please. Thanks
