[Not a bug] TEXT_NO_PRODUCTS not defined

Definition of TEXT_NO_PRODUCTS is missing from
/includes/languages/english/specials.php and /includes/languages/english/featured_products.php

On a fresh install with no featured products I got TEXT_NO_PRODUCTS as the page heading.

Adding the following line to specials.php and featured_products.php fixed the issue

define('TEXT_NO_PRODUCTS', 'There are no products to list in this category.');

I'm not sure how you arrived at that scenario.

When I do a fresh clean install, without demo products, and visit the index.php?main_page=featured_products page, I get a friendly message saying: >

More featured products will be added soon. Please check back later.

And for main_page=specials, there is no error, and no TEXT_NO_PRODUCTS message. Just an empty section of the page.
