Do partial refunds work in ZC v1.3.9h ?

I'm trying this, but after clicking the "Do partial refund" button, the page just reloads, no message at all, when I check the transaction on the paypal account I don't see any refunds.

I just want to know if this is supported in this version of Zen Cart.

The partial refund worked fine for me last time I tried it in 1.3.9h. Admittedly it's been awhile since I used that version though.
