Complication with Shipping Addresses for 1 Category

Okay, so first off I have done multiple searches for this type of thread and haven't found one that would completely fit what I need. That being said, I'm willing to look into already built modules or even configuring it myself if I can get some help as to where to start and look. So here's the complication:

I work for an FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer) who is wanting to put there store online and it was started in Zen Cart so this is what I have to work with considering it's basically complete. They use UPS for all there items when shipping, but when the Firearms are bought, they need to be sent directly to the FFL in there current location.

Getting down to it, Is there a way to check and add a form for another Shipping Location based on if that product falls under a Firearms Category? Like would the Ceon Advanced Shipper Module cover this issue or is there any other module that might?

I haven't used it, but I believe the ceon mod you referred to would let you do that. There's no other mod I'm aware of that would.

If you could alert the customer somehow about the items that can only be sent to an FFL holder (just guns, I guess), they could enter the FFL holder's address as the shipping address.
