Need help retrieving my password

I'm at a loss. I'm on tech support with hostmonster as they are hosting my site and I was told to start there with problems I'm having with getting any emails. Well I couldn't find my password, so I tried to have it sent to me. Big mistake. I can't get emails through my site and I got this error...
Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport.

Now I can't log in to my account at all because it has sent a new password I can't get. Is there a way around this? :shocking:

I think the only way is to use phpMyAdmin on your hosting panel
to reset the password on the admin database table
You may have a prefix for all your table names.

I'm sorry, I'm confused by your answer.
I can't login because my password was changed when I tried to resend my password.
I can't get the email with the new password as my email isn't working through zencart so they can't send me one.
