Making a Header/Logo that grows with various sized browser boxes

Ok a few years back I found some code to construct a logo on a vbulletin install that consisted of 3 images. One with a left margin, one with a right margin and one centered.... Can anyone help me out so I can attempt this on my zen cart install?
