Folder compare - e.g. what differs between 1.5.0 and 1.5.1

There are many file compare programs, but is there one that would compare folders and report which files have different save date, removed files and added files? I know this is not a specific ZenCart issue, but I would need to make the comparision mentioned in the heading!:wacko:

See the /docs/changed_files-v1-5-1.html file in your 1.5.1 zip to see a list of what files were changed.

I have used Winmerge and Beyond Compare and stopped there, I've never found BC lacking...in fact I would not leave home without it.
