Responsive All Business Template

Sorry to bug you again, I checked I have includes/templates - but don's see /overide/templates anywhere. Am I missing something. I have only the choices of the templates I have installed after includes/templates. > picaflor-azul:

Sorry about the slow response. Somehow I didn't see it until now. Here is a link to my site: http://www.foodsourcedirect.com.

My goodness I'm losing my mind, I replied to an answer Anne left for someone else. I'm so sorry.
Let me try my question again. I've added about 40 or so new products in the last two weeks, but when I click on the new products link I get a page on my site that says no new products. Checking google crawl it's showing almost 180 soft 404 errors for page not found and when I click on the links that google lists as the error, it's the new product page. Here is a screen shot of the page that shows up when I click the link.

If anyone can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong or where to look, I'd really appreciate it.

Whenever you get a blank page or partial blank page, check your logs folder for errors and correct them ;)

I checked my error logs, there's nothing there for this. Also noticing that not just new products, but my all products page is showing nothing as well and I have a bit over 1100 products in my cart right now. Nothing at all in my error logs. The guy that's hosts my site on his server double checked my log for me to make sure and couldn't find anything. Is there possibly a different area I should be posting this ? Be sure that your logs folder is set to 777 permissions.

If this is a fresh install, I would back track through your changes until you find the one that has caused the problem. Try switching to the classic template to see if the problem is still there.

Then there is a problem with your zen cart install. I would try uploading the problem file from a fresh zen cart package to your server.

If your problem is that your responsive layout is broken (always helps if you post your problem along with your site url) then it is due to a bug in the tpl_header.php file and happens when you do not add a tagline. Try just replacing the blank tagline with a space.

Hi Anne thanks for the reply. I looked at the tpl_header.php to find where I should add the space in lieu of a blank tagline. But I don't know where to invert the blank space.

My Slideshow box moves to the bottom of the screen except when I zoom the screen to 110% or 125%. And at 110% or 125% there is a big space between the SlideShow box and the SlideShow navigation. However when I zoom to 100% or below, the SlideShow box drops below and the SlideShow navigation is perfectly aligned with it.

I guess you can say that our responsive layout is somewhat broken. It behaves on desktop screens in the manner described above; but, it appears that it displays correctly on mobile phones. any further guidance would be helpful.

You need to add the space in includes/languages/english/override/header.php in the tagline define statement.

My guess is that you have either an extra or missing <div> or </div> tag in your ezpage text that is causing the problem.
