I can now confirm that the issue was caused by the Windows Security Update KB3013455 - I uninstalled it and everything was perfect. I am now re-installing the patch and will wait for Bill Gates to get out of bed and fix it - he owes me for a new monitor that has now been used that I didn't need !!

I am having an issue with the editor which may or may not be related to recently changing sites to this template - please understand I am not suggesting it is relative to your wonderful template however I am going through a process of elimination and the changeover is one common denominator.

Hello Anne - I am using this template and I recently upgraded from 1.3.9h to 1.5.1 and for some reason or other the sql patch responsive_all_business.sql will not upload so in admin/configuration I do not have responsive all business so I cannot turn slide show on or off and modify it. I have tried more than a dozen times to upload it. If you have any ideas then please let me know.

Is there another way to load the sql other than through admin? direct to database maybe?

Failing getting the sql loaded what file can I use to modify as need be to make the same changes, turn on and off etc.

It looks like the sql statements are already in your database. Check in your admin_pages table to see that the configuration group id matches the one in your configuration_group table.

Thanks Anne - I agree that the file exists in the DB so now how do I get the configuration to show in admin/configuration? - is there a file that will prompt that? .... or is there a file that I can change the configuration, slide show on/off etc manually when I need to?

In the database, check in your admin_pages table to see that the configuration group id matches the one in your configuration_group table.

No, those are in your configuration table, not your configuration_group table.

If you don't have an entry for "Responsive All Business" in your configuration_group table, you need to run this part of the patch (can be in your zen cart admin)

these configurations were copied over from the 1.3.9h data base saved copy of site into the v1.5.1 test site - note slideshow is set to false. Can this line be modified? if so then I could change it to 'true' and when I don't want the slide show I just delete the php from admin/define pages editor/main page - would that work? and just leave the other default settings as they are. When I do the next site upgrade I will change RAB configuration to 'true' for slide show before I copy the database.

I copied over all the template files from 1.3.9h site into the '1.5.1 test site' so as to keep all the sideboxes layout, css changes etc rather than having to start fresh (am upgrading 5 sites so it would be a lot of work) however I don't think that has contributed to this problem.

Would a solution be to fully uninstall RAB, making sure all database entries are deleted after uninstall - if not then delete any remaining entries manually - then overwrite the files that affect the sideboxes layout, css changes etc - alternatively copy all RAB files from 1.3.9h site, save them somewhere then uninstall RAB prior to saving site and database copy then do a fresh install on new 1.5.1 site followed by overwriting the files that affect the sideboxes layout, css changes etc

I have just upgraded two more sites using this template from 1.3.9h to 1.5.1 This time I did a fresh install of RAB including uploading the two sql files first and that went well, i.e. RAB showed up under admin/configuration at least initially and now has disappeared on both sites. (site loaded with basic RAB template but side columns missing).

I then over wrote all the files listed below from the 1.3.9h version - these are all the modified files as per your list on the readme doc plus one other (see below, in blue font) - problem with both sites is the index page for the site will not load, complete blank page. (sites are harmonyballpendant.com/teststore/ and harmonyball.net.au/teststore/) I'm not sure why any of these files that are working fine on 1.3.9h site would not work on the new test site?
Which of the files would have caused it not to load?

I then on one site overwrote the files from 1.3.9h with the virgin RAB install files (all of them except sql files) and the result is still the same.

This is an error from the error log on that site (harmonyball.net.au/teststore/) - this error occurs about 14 times (about as many times as I have tried to get the index page to load) - the same error occurs on harmonyballpendant.com/teststore/ seven times;

Hello Anne,

I have just upgraded two more sites using this template from 1.3.9h to 1.5.1 This time I did a fresh install of RAB including uploading the two sql files first and that went well, i.e. RAB showed up under admin/configuration at least initially and now has disappeared on both sites. (site loaded with basic RAB template but side columns missing).

I then over wrote all the files listed below from the 1.3.9h version - these are all the modified files as per your list on the readme doc plus one other (see below, in blue font) - problem with both sites is the index page for the site will not load, complete blank page. (sites are harmonyballpendant.com/teststore/ and harmonyball.net.au/teststore/) I'm not sure why any of these files that are working fine on 1.3.9h site would not work on the new test site?
Which of the files would have caused it not to load?

I then on one site overwrote the files from 1.3.9h with the virgin RAB install files (all of them except sql files) and the result is still the same.

This is an error from the error log on that site (harmonyball.net.au/teststore/) - this error occurs about 14 times (about as many times as I have tried to get the index page to load) - the same error occurs on harmonyballpendant.com/teststore/ seven times;

• do a fresh install of 1.5.4 files in a test folder
• import your old database to the new test site and upgrade it
• load in your chosen template
• add your plugins

Not to bad mouth this template or anything, but if you are upgrading any way, I would recommend using the Winchester Black or Westminster New template packages since they are the most recently updated of my free responsive template packages.

If I were upgrading your site I would do the following:

• import your old database to the new test site and upgrade it
• load in your chosen template
• add your plugins

Everything is now OK - here's how it was sorted;
After reading your last post I deleted my test store folder and started again with a fresh install of v1.5.1 (I know plugins I need are available for this version) then I uploaded existing working database to the test store database, then installed a fresh install of RAB and BINGO!! just had to make a few tweaks to get header and footer sorted (copy over a couple of existing files from 1.3.9h RAB and then all was absolutely spot on!!

Why so simple this time? The importing of the existing database to the newly created test store db BEFORE uploading RAB was the key - I was following other instructions and uploading RAB (and other plugins that exist in 1.3.9h version) and then importing the old database.

Your summary of what you would do put me on the right track so it is nothing at all to do with this RAB template (not that I really thought it was) - upgrade is simple if you follow a correct sequence :smile:.

The only thing I need to do now is modify one of the css files to move additional images up under the main image before add to cart - can't remember how I did that last time?? <<<<<<<< (hint :smile:)

"PHP Fatal error: 1366:Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'banners_id' at row 1 : ........... "
If you need it all let me know.

I tried it many times, on a fresh 1.5.4 install.

On a side note: in the readme file it says:
Follow steps 1 and 2 for the about_us.sql patch and the responsive_all_business.sql patch.
But in the package there is no about_us.sql, I see though that in responsive_all_business.sql there is this line (21)
