trying to install template version 2.2 upscale boutique in 1.5.1

trying to install template version 2.2 upscale boutique in 1.5.1

I have uploaded the new 1.5.1 to the server. I ftp the includes files as directed, copy the sql into the sql updater, and I don't have the new template showing in the template editor. I tried restarting the server a couple of time but still nothing.
Is this because it say of up to 1.5 in the boutique template?

If the new template doesn't show in the dropdown, you almost certainly didn't upload the files to the right place. The 'includes' folder from the template package should have been uploaded to the root (top) directory of your store.
