LOST ZC shortcut on desktop and can't find software.

I had some problems with my computer and lost certain software and all my shortcuts. One of the shortcuts was to ZC Administration where I was able to change my software listing information
I do know my zc administration id and password.
QUESTIONS:

1. Is my listing software on a SERVER?
2. Will my host (hostmonster) be able to help me find my files on the server?
3. Would of should I simple install the latest version and, if possible, be able to see my software

Any other suggestions would be very helpful in geting back my ZC.

2: In a way. You know your website's URL, right? To get to the admin login, you go to that with your admin folder's name tacked on, like
ww w.yoursite.com/your_secret_admin/

You need to know what your admin folder is named. If you have forgotten, your host may be able to help you find it. Do you know how to get into your hosting control panel? (Not the Zen Cart admin.) You can look at the files from there if you need to.

3: No, installing a new fileset will only hurt you as it will probably destroy some of your existing settings or customizations, or at worst all of your product and customer records. This depends greatly on exactly what and how you have customized your site.
