Paypal payments modules not visible in admin

I've got paypal express checkout working on the front end, but now the payment modules are no longer visible through admin. Modules > payment lets me see all the modules except the ones I'm using.

In addition, customers > paypal ipn just brings up a blank page

Any suggestions?

If the page of modules doesn't finish drawing its content, then you're getting PHP errors.
Find and fix the errors using the debug logs, as described here: http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?124-blank-page
