Product Options Comments

Under Product Options, then 'Edit' to edit one of them, a field comes up for Comments.

If I enter Example in this field - it will show on the product page eg http://pixielabels.com//index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=5

What i'm wanting to do is to link that word to a pop up box, showing actual examples - so linking to a jpg. I've got code for pop up boxes etc - however, this field is too small and keeps chopping it off.

So in data base I went to Product_Options and Product_options_comments and changed from 64 characters to 500 - but it didn't change it, and still cuts it off. Obviusly I'm doing something wrong - where could i edit the lenght of this comment field?

Or is there a better place to put a pop up box with examples of fonts etc.

The link you supplied doesn't point to a product. Please provide a link to a product where this popup is active.

Sorry, it did when I posted it, but about 3 hours later finally figured it out! You can see it in action here http://pixielabels.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=1 - the link that says View Font Style Examples.

You might want to consider making the link more "visible" to the customer.

The text is required but a customer can check out without actually selecting font style, font size, or border style. Might want to change those to avoid confusion.
