All my products show as Sold Out. I don't need inventory counts

My next question is I do not care about the stock level for various reasons so I didn't bother to put that in. So everything has a sold out icon and shows a stock level of 0.

Is there any way to remove the sold out graphic and stock level from the catalog page?
