Creating customer account stopped working
HELP!!!
All of a sudden, our customers can't create an account. It's was working fine yesterday, but today, people are having problems. I did not add an new pluggins or make changes to the database. When a customer fills out the form to create an account and hit the submit button, they get this error: WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.
I know this is a general error, so I went and look at the logs file and this is what it says:

How can I fix this problem?
