In need of a ZC specialist

The company I work for is in need of a Zen Cart specialist. One of our customers is running into various issues with her cart, we believe part of the problem is due to the fact that the version she is using is Zen Cart 1.3.6, which is from 2006. The Database Patch Level is 1.3.7, PHP Version is 5.2.17 and MySQL is 5.0.96. My customer's domain is https://www.theribbondiva.com. We have taken over hosting duties from a different company, and we do not have much experience with Zen Cart, as we previously have used PDG E-Commerce Software. One of the issues has to do with her database, another with email. We would like to get these issues resolved before the holiday season is upon us. We have hosted this website since April 2012, but these issues started creeping up a few months ago.

Are there any programmers out there that we would be able to speak to on the phone to get these issues resolved? We would pay you to work on this site. Thank you.
