I am having trouble with my downloads being opened by customers. they are there but will not open. The file says invalid

I'm sure if you were willing to pay someone's salary to sit there waiting to help 'person to person' then they'd be a long line of applicants.
However in the meantime you'll need to give a lot more information about your issue. Start by answering all the posting questions please, in particular details of any add-ons or changes from default ZC code. Also you give no details of your downloads; are they mp3, pdf, video, jpg??
Do the file sizes match, the downloaded version in comparison to the version on your server? Are you able to ftp then open your hosted files? Has a customer sent you a copy of the file that they cannot open? Have you made a test purchase, was it successful?
