Problem Moving to new URL and cannot get pages to show - 404 errors

I am moving my entire site to a new domain just to work on it. I have done every step over and over - on my 5th time. I'm not a new ecommerce user so I move files all the time. The homepage of the site shows but then every product gets a 404 page. I've transferred all files, uploaded the DB and changed the config.php files. The site loads, I get the homepage but not one page beyond can be found. Every one a 404. What am I missing here? Any help would be appreciated. I've looked through the threads and cannot find anything on this.

Are you using any sort of URL re-writing mod ? A link to the site would help, too.

Sure you moved /STORE_ROOT/.htaccess also?

Moose - I owe you a nickel for your 2 cents! I had the httacess but I just overwrote it again and Bam! Thanks for the quick tip and response. This forum is great. Hope I'll pay it back.
