How do I edit "Featured Themes" on the homepage?

How do I edit "Featured Themes" on the homepage?

On the left column is featured themes where in the Admin panel do I go to edit what is shown there?

Hard to say without a link to the site. A stock zencart installation doesn't have a 'Featured Themes' sidebox, so I'd guess you bought a template. Look first in Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes Controller.
