Product listed on site, but NOT found in ADMIN ??

Ive had my Zen cart running for about 9 years now and this is the First time this has happened. I have a product listed below that as you can see is listed on the website. But, I cannot locate it anywhere in Admin. NOT in the category it shows and search does NOT locate it via the product ID # (but was able to do a test and find ten other products via ID # search). Very Bizarre..:dontgetit

Re: Product listed on site, but NOT found in ADMIN ??

Go to phpMyAdmin and search the table:
products_description

for the field:
products_name

and use:
Elvis Presley NBC Television Special Promotional Booklet

I am guessing it will come up as:
2591

search the table:
products

and find the products_id that matches that products_description products_id (probably 2591)

Next, check what the fields are for:
master_categories_id
products_type

Now, search the table:
products_to_categories

for that products_id ...

what categories_id come up for that?

Does it match the content of the products table field master_categories_id

If not, does it at least have a record in the table products_to_categories and if so, what is the categories_id that does show with it?

Now, check the table:
categories

can you find that categories_id in there?

Then, search the table:
categories_description

can you find that categories_id in there?

Considering the complexity and thoroughness of the above, I hope that it leads to a solution, having baffled myself this weekend about why I could see something on my screen in one utility and not the other utility, coming to find out that I was looking at the content of two different databases, I wondered if perhaps your admin/includes/configure.php file might point to a different database than your includes/configure.php file. Both "acceptable" databases, but having different info. And if so, then that's a different myriad of questions to ask related to security instead of database table references.
