Admin screen - modules - shipping, activate flat rate shipping and set it up as desired. If that is to be your only option, would want to disable or uninstall other shipping options most likely.

When you say Flat Rate, do you mean I buy everything on your site for the same shipping charge as if I bought 1 Product?

Or, do you mean a Flat Rate per Product where you need to set each Product to its own unique shipping charge per quantity?

I am sorry, I miswrote my question, I offer flat rate for my items right now, but I want to customize from different vendors on shipping, is there a way to do it?

If that is correct, can you give an example of the charges for one of the manufacturers_id when you have:
quantity 1 in the cart?
quantity 2 in the cart?
quantity 3 in the cart?

I believe Ajeh was looking for further information. Can you show an example of products and manufacturer's and the expected fee for shipping? Provide as many different examples as possible, the more differences you show Ajeh, the better product she can provide you. I am not entirely sure how to implement the change, but continue to follow this thread.
