Cant login to admin just it refreshes

last night not sure what happened. but i cant login to admin, tried adding in Admin Username but just redirects to it self. no errors. i went from 1 computer to another with out logging out . logged in to other computer. Made a shipping change and now cant login.
Any suggestions.
Catalog works fine i was also looking at the admin session didnt change anything but instead of hitting cancel i hit update

Sounds like you are having session issues. Did you recently upgrade? Have you tried clearing your cookies? Does your link to your admin have a session ID in it?

No upgrades
Yes cleared cookies in chrome
Yes there is a session id

Try removing the session id from the link when you log in and let us know.

Which browser are you using, IE perhaps? Try a different browser, same issue?

Hi did you get this all sorted or still having problems.
Check your server's errorlog to determine if any errors are occurring at the time of the failure to login.

So your saying you are not getting any errors in the logs file in zen cart directory or the server files.

What do you mean by refreshes does it redirects you to your website front page or on admin start panel ?
What version of Zen Cart?
What version of PHP? (regardless of phpMyAdmin)
What operating system is your webserver running?
What is your storefront URL?
What are the settings for STORE_SESSIONS and SQL_CACHE_METHOD in your admin configure.php file?

Try this jimmie, This is only if your running zen cart 1.5.0 and above.
If you can't log in to your Zen Cart admin account, reset your admin password.
Open your phpMyAdmin (supplied by your hosting company), select your store's database, then click the "SQL" tab and run this query:

DELETE FROM admin WHERE admin_name = 'Admin';  INSERT INTO admin (admin_name, admin_email, admin_pass, admin_profile)  VALUES ('Admin', 'admin@localhost', '351683ea4e19efe34874b501fdbf9792:9b', 1);

NOTE: If you are using a prefix for your database tables, you'll naturally need to add that prefix to the table name above.
ie. "DELETE FROM prefix_admin ... " and "INSERT INTO prefix_admin ..." ... replacing "prefix_" with your actual tablename prefix.

**You should now be able to login using the following details: ****Username: Admin
Password: admin **
Be sure to use proper case. ie. 'Admin' for username, not 'admin'.
In v1.5.0 and newer, you will be prompted to change the password right away.

I did the reset admin password same thing
i do not get a wrong password entered error

You say in your table:

that you see:

if so, what happens if you edit the lower case one for:
admin

the lowercase one and change the:
admin_name

from reading:
admin

to read:
admin2

then try to login as:
Admin

i have 3 users in database admin
1 is Admin, i cannot really see passwords (scrambled)
