Hey thanks cvhainb and mc12345678 for your response!!!
I am sending you link in your pm. Please check the bottom portion of the page. I achive that by hard coding in tpl_index_product_list.php but I want that to come from admin panel. Such that If any update in bold can be added through admin panel by inserting image, text and link dynamically.
Thanks!!

Hi, I think what I did with my site is the same thing you want to do, the only difference is I have the code in a sidebox not the actual main body of the page: http://www.drgreens.co.uk/Environment/Carbon-Filters have a look at the advice centre sidebox on the right. The link to the "Odour Control" page changes depending on what page category is open. If you browse on other categories you will see what I mean. To achieve this, I downloaded "Short Description for categories" and "Product Extra Fields" plugins. By having a look at how both these modules work, you will be able to take bits of the code from them and customize it to do what you want. Let me know if you need any help
While kitten did do something similar, that implementation was with a sidebox. Having received the link from snk060 and taken a look, the desire is to have information presented at the bottom of the screen above the footer area (although it could probably be implemented in the footer as well). I would suggest taking a look at the following plugin (Editable Home Page Centerboxes): http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1069
This option is suggested because it provides define pages that can be modified in the admin panel vice any type of hard coding that is currently being done. (Yes OP has been hard-coding information into tpl_index_product_list.php). Hard coding should be avoided in all cases. Beauty of ZC is that it can be moved to different locations, copied for others to use, etc... Hardcoding, not only locks the user of the software into the results, but also makes customization difficult because the change(s) are not likely to be found where they are expected by the standard process.
Also in summary and in review of the website, the desire is to have customized information associated with the category, not necessarily the product. (This is based on the current presentation of the implemented code.) This may also be accomplished through the use of category information particularly if using an editor such as ckeditor. You can formulate html presentation that would include a picture with a clickable link/words and it can be presented in a table... etc... You may have to position the associated information elsewhere; however, also looking at the current implementation, it appears this is already being used to display information at the top of the category/sub-category window, so somewhat a no go there unless an additional field were added and the template updated to reflect.
That help?
