No HTML/Rich-Text editor in Admin

No HTML/Rich-Text editor in Admin

I am using v 1.5.1 and I have been trying all day and there is no HTML/Rich-Text editor in the admin area. When I go to Admin-->Configuration-->My Store where it says HTML editor it says none, and when I go in to attempt to change it will not allow me to change from PlainText.

Look for ckeditor in the plugins and install that. (I could be wrong, but I thought there were no default html editors upon installation.) Or another editor. Sorry, it's just what I use.
