How to identify installed addons and their versions?

Hello! Just a general question on viewing addons in the Zen Cart admin interface: how can I identify which custom addons have been installed on any given site, along with their current versions installed?

Short answer is: you can't. An experienced Zenner could most likely look at your site and identify at least some of the installed mods, but there's no place you can look for a list.

While it won't necessarily let you know what **version **of what plugin is installed, you could use a tool like WinMerge or Beyond Compare and perform a folder-to-folder comparison between your site and the default zen-cart distribution files. Most (but not all) of the plugins have some form of "notation" to indicate where their changes have been made; it would at least give you a start!
